Harrisburg Benefit Tee, Re-Released Vinyl, Twitter Giveaway and Much More...

Hey everyone!

We here at Josh Ritter Headquarters have a bunch of great news bits for fans.

In this newsletter:

     • New 'Harrisburg' T-Shirt Benefits Food Banks There
     • More Vinyl!  (Golden Age of Radio, Animal Years Re-pressed)
     • Josh's Twitter Hits 15k Followers - Free Live Show Giveaway Wednesday
     • November Solo Shows (and Beyond) On Sale
     • Some of our Talented Friends
     • Josh Pens Piece on 'Editing' for Wall Street Journal

Let's jump in!

It's a Long Way to Heaven (It's Closer to Harrisburg)

Folks, Josh saw this article in The New York Times about the city of Harrisburg going bankrupt, and we thought we'd try to do what we can to help.

A special 'Harrisburg' t-shirt has been made - and when you purchase this limited edition tee, all profits will go to the food bank that serves the Harrisburg area.

Additionally, every order comes with a digital download of 5 different versions of Harrisburg (studio, solo acoustic, live) and guitar tab for the song!

Enjoy and thanks for helping out...

Vinyl!  Two Albums Re-Pressed and Available with Bonus Disc

We're happy to announce that Golden Age of Radio (remastered too!) and The Animal Years have been repressed on vinyl and should all be at your local record store now, and in the Josh Ritter on-line store, here

They both include a bonus CD of Josh playing that album solo acoustic. :-)  We'll be reprinting Hello Starling shortly, and getting started on Historical Conquests vinyl as well.  Stay tuned!

Happy shopping and enjoy.

Josh Pens New Piece on Writing for The New York Times

Here's a must-read for any other writers out there, and for fans who'd appreciate a revealing glimpse into Josh's writing process, mainly what his father taught him about editing.

It's a wonderful little piece, and you can read it here.
